ECLECTIC - Ecologie et Génomique des interactions multi-espèces

Bienvenue dans l’équipe ECLECTIC dirigée par Amandine Cornille au laboratoire Génétique Quantitative et Evolution-Le Moulon, Univ. Paris Saclay!
Nous utilisons des combinaisons de diverses approches (expériences en laboratoire, travaux de terrain, modélisation, biologie moléculaire, génétique des populations et génomique) pour contribuer à la compréhension des mécanismes écologiques et évolutifs à l’origine de la diversité des plantes, et de leurs symbiotes associés (parasites, mutualistes), et à la manière dont ils évoluent et s’adaptent à leur environnement.
Amandine Cornille a reçu le prix Paoletti du CNRS 2020 pour ses recherches en tant que jeune chercheuse dans le domaine de la biologie!
