  • Since 2005 - Software development engineer in bioinformatics/Ingénieur d’études (INRA) at UMR GQE - Le Moulon, Gif-sur-Yvette, France,
  • 2004-2005 (9 months) – Bioinformatics Engineer at Institut Pasteur in Proteomics Platform, Paris, France,
  • 2004 Master degree in bioinformatics / DESS EGOISt, Rouen, France.

Work of interest

  • NGS analysis (sequences comparisons, SNP mapping/filtering), or for Genome wide association studies, or others according to user needs,
  • Tools installation and tools integration in Galaxy to make them available to users.


  • Software development in Perl language,
  • Software development in Python language (learning in progress),
  • Linux environment.

Current projects

  • Responsible of Galaxy, a Bioinformatics software environment for data analysis installed locally at QGE and of analysis tools deployment in Galaxy,
  • Tools installation and development linked to software deployment in Galaxy software, in response to UMR scientific needs.

Main previous project

  • Database designer and web interface developer for the “French cultivated Wheat”, in collaboration with DEAP QGE-Le Moulon team,
  • Bioanalysis of Yeast NGS data for adaptative diversity of S. cerevisiae in collaboration with D. Sicard.
