Research
I am interested in modeling the interactions of biological systems. During my Ph.D., I focused on modeling the interactions between metabolism and the cell cycle in mammalian cells. This resulted in the construction of a hybrid system of metabolism during the cell cycle.
Currently, I’m working with Judith Legrand and François Rebaudo to create a dynamic model to represent the interactions between a maize pest and its parasitoid in order to assess if the parasitoid could be use to fight against the maize pest.
Teaching
I don’t teach at the moment, but I was a teaching assistant when I was a Ph.D student. I participated to the teaching of different computer science courses:
- How to use Word and Power-Point
- How to create web pages with HTML/CSS
- Javascript
- Object-oriented conception
- How to manage a database with Oracle Database
