Diversité, Evolution et Adaptation des Populations

Nos recherches visent à gérer et valoriser la diversité cultivée pour la transition agroécologique. Elles s’appuient sur trois méthodologies : (i) la modélisation et simulation mécaniste, (ii) la modélisation statistique pour l‘inférence et la prédiction, et (iii) la conception et l’expérimentation participative. Notre espèce modèle est le blé tendre.

Axe 1. Optimisation de la diversité génétique intra-parcelle
